How to apply
• Step 1: Fill in the Application Form |

Download an application form here or collect one from your education agent. Please ensure you complete all relevant sections, and that the information is accurate. The application form will also have an attached document that includes all the terms and conditions of enrolment at Grand Academy, including the refund policy, so it should be read carefully. |
• Step 2: Produce Certified Documents |
| Attach certified copies of any certificates, academic transcripts or results notices that show you meet the entry requirements of your selected course. |
• Step 3: Submit the Application |
| Submit your application form and any certified documents to Student Admissions at Grand Academy. • Step 4: REceive a letter of offer and a letter of acceptance |
| Successful applicants will receive a letter of offer that includes the name and details of the course they have applied for and the details of the course fees. The letter of acceptance should be signed by the student and returned to Grand Academy by the above methods with the first payment. Signing the letter of acceptance also indicates that the student has read and accepted all the attached terms and conditions. |
• Step 5: First Payment of Course Fees |

The letter of acceptance will include all the payment details. A minimum tuition fee is required as a first payment. Your first payment will include tuition fees, an application and materials fee. |
• Step 6: Receive a Confirmation of Enrolment |
| Upon receiving your signed letter of acceptance and your first payment, Grand Academy will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). You can then take this CoE to any Australian Embassy or Consulate and apply for a student visa. |
• Step 7: Arrange your travel details |
| Proceed to book flight tickets, accommodation and airport pickup. |
